The FAFSA is now open! Be sure to download the myStudentAid app (Federal Student Aid) for ease in filing your FAFSA (available October 1st). Also, don’t forget to use the IRS data retrieval tool!

The 2024–25 FAFSA® form is now available.
- Username and Password (FSA ID) for student and spouse if applicable
- Social Security Number
- 2022 Income and Tax Records Information (Automatically transfer tax info with the Financial Aid Direct Data Exchange!)
- Spouse/Contributor Income and Tax Records Information if applicable
- UM School Code for FAFSA is 001004
