College of Fine Arts

Arts are the soul of the university, and that is especially true here at the University of Montevallo, where creative activities have permeated campus for over 100 years. Our vision in the College of Fine Arts is to see teaching, making, production and research work together as key components of creative practice. We believe that the interaction of a liberal-arts education, combined with conservatory style and hands-on experiences, creates the next generation of creative thinkers and problem solvers.
